Eve

Eve is a Japanese music producer and singer. His has recently risen in popularity, with his newer songs focused on specific parts of life and society that are dissatisfying.

His music videos are either colorful and welcoming to the eyes, or almost devoid of color and rather unnerving. Like the artists above, his music videos provide some sort of narrative for the song. However, the music videos usually make the meaning of the songs more difficult to figure out.

Neru

Neru is a rather famous Japanese music producer who utilizes Vocaloid to create songs. While many of Neru’s popular songs tell stories, the major theme of Neru’s work is focused heavily on criticizing society and/or specific types of people.

Neru’s music videos are usually animated and illustrate some sort of narrative for the song. They come in many different styles according to what the theme is about.

Thanks for joining me on a hopefully fun time examining music lyrics and their respective music videos. I’ve always loved music for both the instrumentals and for the lyrics and I can’t wait to start analyzing songs again. (This is an excuse to do my hobby while not slacking off www)
